SpoonieToolkitStudio creates printable wellness tools, trackers, planners and educational content for people living with chronic illnesses such as POTS, MCAS, hEDS and dysautonomia. Our tools are designed to help you organise, track and reflect on your daily life. They are personal organisation aids — nothing more, and nothing that replaces professional care.

When you obtain one of our digital products (free or paid), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print our printable products for your own personal use as many times as you like.

You may not:

• Reproduce or republish our content on another website or platform as your own;

• Modify and present our materials as if they were created by you;

• Use our content for any unlawful purpose.

Prices for any paid products are shown at the point of purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please choose carefully before buying. Any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
