Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

At SpoonieToolkitStudio ("we", "us", "our"), your privacy matters deeply to us — especially because our community lives with chronic illness, and we understand how personal that is. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We are committed to handling your data with care, transparency, and respect.

This website is operated by Cultureweb SRL, a company registered in Belgium. If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact us at hello@spoonietoolkitstudio.com.

1. Who we are

SpoonieToolkitStudio is a brand operated by Cultureweb SRL (Belgium). We create printable wellness tools, trackers and educational content for people living with chronic illnesses such as POTS, MCAS, hEDS and dysautonomia. We act as the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

2. What information we collect

We only collect what we genuinely need to provide our content and tools. This includes:

  • Information you give us directly: when you subscribe to receive a free resource or our emails, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name.

  • Information collected automatically: like most websites, we and our service providers may collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, and general usage information through cookies and similar technologies, to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

We do not ask for, and do not wish to collect, any medical or health information about you. Please do not send us details about your health conditions. Any health-related topic on this site is general educational content only.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the free resources and digital tools you request;

  • Send you emails with tips, new tools and updates — only if you have agreed to receive them;

  • Respond to your questions or requests;

  • Maintain, improve and secure our website.

We will never sell your personal data. We will never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (which you give when you subscribe, and can withdraw at any time), the performance of a service you requested (such as sending you a resource), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our website in a privacy-respecting way.

5. Email communications and consent

When you subscribe, we use a double opt-in process, meaning you confirm your email address before receiving anything. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You are free to leave at any time, with no hard feelings — one click and you are removed.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to make the website function properly and to understand general usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

7. Service providers

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate our business — for example, to host our website, deliver our emails, and process any purchases. These providers only access the information needed to perform their service, and are required to protect it. Our email and website platform may store data on servers located outside your country, including outside the EEA; where that happens, appropriate safeguards are applied.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services and our emails, or as required by law. If you unsubscribe and ask to be deleted, we will remove your personal data from our active systems.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;

  • Ask us to correct or update it;

  • Ask us to delete it;

  • Withdraw your consent at any time;

  • Object to or restrict certain processing;

  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at hello@spoonietoolkitstudio.com. If you are in the EU and believe we have not handled your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Belgium, this is the Autorité de protection des données (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).

10. Children's privacy

Our website and tools are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.

12. Contact us

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal data, please reach out to us at hello@spoonietoolkitstudio.com. We are always happy to help.
