Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of digital products from SpoonieToolkitStudio, a brand operated by Cultureweb SRL. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. 1. Our products

We sell digital products — printable PDF guides, trackers and organisation tools designed for personal use. Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped to you.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes where required. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

2. Purchase and delivery

When you complete your purchase, you receive immediate access to download your product — both on the order confirmation page and via a confirmation email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly, and check your spam folder if you do not see the email. Your access to download the product begins as soon as your payment is confirmed.

3. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, this right does not automatically apply once the download has begun. By purchasing and downloading a product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your automatic statutory right of withdrawal.

However, because we want you to buy with confidence, we offer a voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@spoonietoolkitstudio.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will provide a refund. We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve, but a refund is not conditional on it.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. If a product is faulty — for example a corrupted or undownloadable file, or a product materially not matching its description — please contact us and we will resolve it.

4. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal purposes. You may print it for your own use as many times as you like.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sub-license, or publish the product or any part of it, whether for free or for payment, without our written permission. All intellectual property rights in the products remain with Cultureweb SRL.

5. Not medical advice

Our products are personal organisation tools only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. You are responsible for how you use them. Always consult your doctor about your health, symptoms, medications and care.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cultureweb SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to the payment provider's own terms and conditions.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase are the ones that apply to that purchase.
